For one afternoon only, the Caledonian Hall will provide the backdrop for an elegant Afternoon Tea showcasing Maxine’s signature style - refined, approachable patisserie alongside delicate savouries and carefully balanced flavours. This limited-date event brings together exceptional baking and a unique garden setting, offering a relaxed yet memorable way to spend a spring afternoon.

Alongside the Afternoon Tea, guests will have the opportunity to purchase copies of Maxine’s debut book, Patisserie Made Simple, with signing opportunities available on the day - offering a rare chance to meet the chef behind the craft and take home a lasting memento of the experience.

To accompany the menu, a seasonal garden spritz selection will be available to purchase, alongside a curated range of Shibui teas, chosen to complement the flavours of the Afternoon Tea.
